We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Most in stock orders ship within 1 to 3 business days via Purolator ground service.Delivery may take up to 7 business days depending on your location. Orders ship only when they are complete. Any out of stock items will delay in-stock items from being shipped.
Out of stock items generally ship within 2 to 4 business days. Back order items may take 2 weeks or longer. In this case, you will be notified and we may arrange for partial shipping at an additional cost.
Free Shipping
Free shipping applies to qualifying BOSCH power tool and accessory orders of 149.00$ or more before taxes including all rebates and promotional codes and is applicable on a single shipment within Canada.
Free shipping does not apply to BOSCH spare part orders unless combined with qualifying BOSCH power tool and accessory orders.Free shipping does not apply to rental centers, distributors or resellers.
Oversized and heavy products weighing more than 50 lbs (by weight or by volume), and addresses considered remote, as well as Labrador, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon and other Canadian destinations requiring ocean or air freight services are subject to additional shipping fees.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
Shipping Charges
For BOSCH spare part orders, there is a shipping and handling charge of 14.99$ before taxes, and addresses considered as remote, as well as Labrador, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon and other Canadian destinations requiring ocean or air freight services are subject to additional shipping fees.
For BOSCH tool and accessory orders less than 149.00$ before taxes, the shipping cost will be 14.99$ before taxes.
In-Store Pick-Up
If you select in-store pick-up, we will send you an email confirming when your order is in stock and ready for pick-up.
Contactless Pickup
Open for parking lot pickup. Place your order by phone or email.
After having received an email or a call informing you that your order is ready, go to the store (please check the reduced opening hours).
Call and let us know that you are ready to pick up your order in the parking lot. An associate will bring your order to your vehicle.
Shipping with your Courier
We will need your courier's full contact information and your account number to process your order.
By selecting your courier, we will need additional time to process your order.
