Returning BOSCH Tools and Accessories

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from purchase date to return items for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be in new condition with the original packaging and all included accessories, otherwise they will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Shipping cost for returns will be at the customer's expense.

If a part is defective, or it’s the incorrect product, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return the item for a full refund or exchange.
